Nous avons même trouvé quelques modèles extrêmes qui plairaient à coup sur à Lady Gaga. Le service après vente et les assurances « échange adaptabilité » de vos verres et montures sont aussi un vrai plus. Gaspard Yurkievich a ouvert sa première boutique en mars 2005. Y sont réunies les lignes de prêt-à-porter femme et homme ainsi que les collection de chaussures. L’espace est situé dans le Marais.
L’aménagement intérieur est conçu par les architectes allemands B-DREI : des surfaces lisses et réfléchissantes comme l’or (qui est aussi la couleur du logo de Gaspard Yurkievich), la laque noire et le miroir renvoient tous les regards vers les vêtements qu’ils valorisent. L’omniprésence de mannequins-vitrine ultraréalistes dans des postures peu conventionelles, évoquent les scénographies sexy des défilés du créateur et contrarient le minimalisme des volumes.
Ce dispositif est la base d’une scénographie et d’une lumière appelées à évoluer chaque saison, en résonnance avec les thèmes des défilés correspondant aux collections vendues dans la boutique.
Dans une des plus belles parties du Marais, Les pléiades offrent un choix de bijoux faits main, variés et surprenants. Conçu comme une galerie d'art, ce lieu innovant expose plusieurs artisans qui vous proposent leurs plus belles créations, venues d'ici et inspirées d'ailleurs. Vous y trouverez pour commencer Eden Wynter. Utilisant le cuir comme matière principale, il conçoit chaque pièce sur mesure. Nadia présente des bijoux métissés, et fait de chaque pièce un accessoire intemporel et ludique. Meudoxia a mis au point une collection en série limitée, faite de pierres semi-précieuses et de fils de soie, qui ne saura que vous surprendre par son originalité. Conceived like an art gallery, this innovative place shows the work of several craftsmen who propose their most beautiful creations to you, created here and inspired elsewhere. Nadia presents métissés jewels, and makes each part a timeless and playful accessory. Meudoxia developed a collection in a limited series, made of semi-precious stones and of silk wire, which will surely surprise you by its originality. La journée de l'Homme dans le Marais !
While the world was celebrating WOMEN (La Journée de la Femme: The Day of the Woman), the Bazar de l'Hotel de Ville (BHV) and Le Marais were celebrating MEN. Even Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoë stopped what he was doing Wednesday to inaugurate the new BHV Homme department store (behind the main store on rue de la Verrerie) during what was a raucous evening popping champagne corks and watching underwear-clad buff bodies gyrate to popular music.
A Nous Paris and BHV Hommes co-published "Urban Repérages," an advertorial magazine designed to get you in the mood by printing the naked back side of a pretty hot guy juxtaposed next to the front side of his clothed self (evidently by the BHV, of course). Turn the page and you get a glimpse of his naked front side, but unfortunately, leaving too much to our imagination.
Of course, it's Le Marais and right in the heart of "Boys Town," so no wonder it will be such a huge success. Au Printemps management must be tearing their hair out contemplating how to counteract such accomplishment, since the BHV is one of the Galeries Lafayette group of retail stores (which includes Monoprix, too). Take note -- the heavy male presence beats the "sous sol" of the main store, known for being a "meet market" and if your "gay-dar" is in tune, you'll be able to spot who among them might be the best candidate for your next love affair. Gaspard Yurkievich opened its first boutique in March of 2005. The flagship store, located in the Marais, reunites the following collections: women's and men's prêt-à-porter, hosiery, shoes, bags and jewelry.
The interior design was conceptualized by the German architectural firm B-DREI: smooth surfaces shine like gold, the color of Gaspard Yurkievich's logo, with black laquered walls and mirrors redirecting the eye toward the collections and enhancing them. The omnipresence of ultrarealistic mannequins in unconventional poses evokes the sexy staging of Gaspard Yurkievich’s fashion shows and contrasts with the minimalism and the purity of the forms.
This design concept is the basis of staging and lighting arrangements intended to evolve with each season, in resonance with the themes of the fashion-shows corresponding to the collections sold in the boutique.

The Marais, arguably, the most trendsetting and fashion forward district of Paris, has a fantastic collection of high fashion men's clothing and shoe shops. Having it all, from skateboarder T's to rock star style silver leather blazers, no shopper will be disappointed. Below are some of our top picks of men's fashion boutiques in the Marais.

Hidden behind a window display of amusing colored felt hats and Diptyque candles is the most fashionable and exclusive men's boutique in Paris. The industrial looking shop has the best of collections by Dior, Commes de Garcon, Ann Demeulemeester, Martin Margiela, Dries Van Noten and Prada. One can also find experimental luxury designers, such as Isaac Sellam with his outrageous snakeskin motorcycle jackets, Giorgio Brato printed suede coats, along with status jeans by True Religion and Kozo. Even the most diehard fashionista will find something here to get excited about.

Loft Design, which designs its own line, is a collection of luxurious casuals. Slouchy sweaters, long sleeve tees, and sweatshirts come in subtle dusty colors made of soft cashmere, wool, and cotton. The clothes are easy to wear, and are well priced for the quality of the design and fabric.

One of our favorite stores in Paris, Muji, is bliss for anyone looking for inexpensive, well-made basics of shirts, sweaters, pants, coats, underwear, and jackets. The best buy is the Prada knockoff button down shirt for only 29 Euros in white, brown, green, blue and black, Look for the fun, crumpled T-shirts that come in a small square package the size of a paper- weight. Make sure to visit their home shop next door, which has house wares, kitchenware, and stationary.
Nodus -2 rue Vieille du Temple, 4th arr.
If you like your button-down shirts a little on the wild side, Nodus has a fabulous collection of bright colored vertical striped and flower power printed shirts. Nodus offers a good selection of solid shirts along with subtle patterned silk ties for more conservative tastes.

Boy'z Bazaar is the premiere men's clothing shop in the gay district catering to a gay clientele. Its two shops next door to each other, one a collections shop and the other a basics shop, are well stocked with an extensive selection of designers including Sonia Rykiel, D&G, G Star, Replay, Paul Smith, Diesel, and Jean Paul Gaultier. One can buy a complete wardrobe with everything from 2 Xist underwear to a Paul Smith blazer, all under one roof.

From the outside L'Habilleur looks like a typical, charming Marais boutique, but once inside, look closely and all the clothes are marked down 40-50% . Goodies this season include bright purple, red, and orange corduroy jeans by Paul and Joe, cashmere and soft Italian wool sweaters by Roberto Collina, and vivid striped shirts and hooded solid sweatshirts by Two Flowers.

Jacenko has a great mix of serious designer dress clothes and casual, fun sportswear. The black and white geometric herringbone Givenchy coat in the window is the coat of the season. They have exclusive distribution in Paris of Holland Esquire, a London label with beautiful English tailored suits and jackets. I was tempted to buy its gorgeous dark brown wool suit with tiny flecks of copper and a black cashmere topcoat with small red cross stitches on the pockets. Their casuals include the Bellrose label, which had a cozy chocolate colored, fake fur lined sweatshirt waiting to keep you warm this winter.

Tucked away in a courtyard lies the one of the best designer discount outlets in the city. La Piscine carries top French and Italian designer clothing, shoes, and accessories. The wide selection of labels including Prada, Martin Margiela, Missoni, Costume National, Plein Sud, and Dirk Bikkemberrgs are 30 to 50% off. The women's department is upstairs and men's is downstairs. La Piscine also has outlets in St. Germain des Pres and Montmartre.

In between the bustling falafel shops on rue de Rosiers, is Rosewood Chausseur, a men's shoe shop with the finest leather and suede shoes imported from Italy. Fashionable men have a choice of chic pointed oxfords in rich tones of brown, tan, blue, and black, and more casual styles like desert boots and driving moccasins in supple suede. Rosewood offers their own private label and shoes and boots by the upscale Italian designer Santoni. Prices range from 395 euros to 650 euros.

Adolfo Dominguez a popular designer in Spain, imports his Spanish flair to Paris with his flagship store in the Marais. The stunning loft space with wooden plank floors and dramatic skylights has a full wardrobe of casual chic clothes including shirts, sweaters, coats, jackets, pants, suits and casual wear. Beautifully detailed and well crafted, the clothes are surprisingly affordable. The faux shearling coats are made of polyester but you will swear they are the real thing when you feel them.

COS, is a recent offshoot of the kings of cheap chic H&M. Elevating the design and quality, COS makes clothes in mostly natural fabrics of cotton, wool, and linen unlike the synthetics H&M uses, making them less disposable. The mostly casual selection of men's clothes and accessories are smartly styled with fun detailing in unusual colors. The two-story shop also has women's and children's clothing.
